Catbooks1940s was established in 1999 and is a locally-owned small business located in more-often-than not sunny Southern California.
I am a founding and current member of the Vintage Fashion Guild, and have been a collector (and wearer) of vintage for decades, as well as having studied fashion for many years. It's a passion, if not an out and out addiction.
